Interior painting for apartments, offices and shops

We paint interior walls and ceilings, whether you need one room refreshed or several rooms finished together. A job may include white or coloured painting, locally repaired surfaces and a washable finish where suitable and agreed. We discuss the intended appearance and paint choice before starting.

In occupied apartments and business premises, we plan access, protect the areas affected by the work and agree on the order of preparation and painting. You can book painting on its own or combine it with other wall-finishing work.

Skim coating (gletovanje) and wall repairs

A neat coat of paint starts with a suitable surface. We can repair damaged areas, fill holes and cracks, prepare edges, sand treated areas and carry out local or full-surface skim coating where required. Full skim coating is not automatically necessary for every wall; the condition of the substrate determines the preparation.

Where water stains or damp patches appear, the source of moisture should first be resolved and the wall allowed to dry as appropriate. Painting alone is not a repair for an active leak. See our more detailed Serbian pages about skim coating and wall repairs.

Window and door reveals after replacement

New PVC or aluminium windows and replacement doors can leave damaged edges and unfinished reveals (known locally as špaletne). We can assess the surrounding wall, repair the affected reveals and prepare the surfaces for painting. The correct repair depends on the wall, opening and existing finish.

If your project involves both window reveals and repainting the adjacent room, tell us about both when requesting a quote. This can make the scope and final appearance clearer from the beginning. One agreed sequence, from preparation to final paint

After the assessment, the written quote identifies the work that is included: surface protection, necessary local repairs, skim coating if appropriate, sanding and the agreed final paint finish. We can also coordinate the finishing stage after plasterboard works. Material purchasing and delivery are arranged by agreement.

For a new apartment, an existing home or a commercial interior, our aim is to make the scope clear before work starts. You do not have to book every service: we can agree on one task or a combination of tasks.

How much does painting and skim coating cost?

The price depends on the surface condition and area, preparation, access, protection and the chosen finish. A small repair is quoted differently from preparing and painting an entire apartment or office. You receive a written quote for the agreed scope rather than a promise based on photographs alone.

Common questions before booking

Can you paint only one room? Yes. We can discuss a single room, a larger apartment or business premises and recommend the preparation appropriate to that space.

Can you repair the wall around new windows? Yes, we assess the damaged window or door reveals and the surrounding paintwork. Send a few close-up and wide-angle photographs so we can understand the scope.

Can you combine skim coating with painting? Yes. Local repairs, full-surface skim coating where required, sanding and painting can be included in one written offer.
