Suspended plasterboard ceilings

Suspended ceilings can create new ceiling levels, conceal agreed services and form details around planned lighting. We discuss dimensions, ceiling height, access points and the intended finish before installing the framework and boards.

Partition walls and linings for existing walls

A plasterboard partition creates a new dividing wall. A wall lining covers an existing wall, for example when its surface or geometry calls for a new finish. They are not interchangeable systems, so we agree on the purpose of the construction before recommending an approach.

From metal framework to painted surfaces

A typical project can involve setting out, fitting the appropriate metal framework, fixing plasterboard, filling and taping joints, treating corners and preparing the surface for decoration. Full-surface skim coating is a separate finishing step from joint taping; the written quote should say which stages are included.

If you prefer one agreed package, we can combine drywall work with surface preparation and painting. This is useful for office fit-outs and apartment improvements where you want the ceiling or wall finished, not merely covered with boards. Sound and thermal insulation where suitable

Some wall or ceiling systems can incorporate mineral wool when specified. Stone wool and glass wool are not one universal solution; the choice depends on the full assembly, the desired use and the existing conditions.

For sound insulation, joints, connections, board layers and service openings also matter. For thermal improvements, moisture conditions must be considered. We agree on the intended system before installation and do not promise a tested performance rating without appropriate evidence.

Our Ušće shopping centre retail project documents ceiling framework during installation and the finished curved plasterboard ceiling in the same shop. The project also included plasterboard shelf/cabinet-style elements and wall painting, with four authentic photographs of the work. What should be included in a drywall quote?

Tell us whether you need a partition, ceiling or lining, and whether the finish should be ready for paint or fully painted. Send the approximate measurements, location and photographs. Also mention any openings, lighting plans, cabinets or other fixtures that may affect the proposed system.

Do all partitions need mineral wool? No. Insulation depends on the chosen assembly and the purpose of the wall; we discuss options during the assessment.

Can you work in an occupied apartment or an office? We can assess access, protection, working sequence and the areas affected, then agree on an appropriate plan.
